Improve 'About' Page for Curriculum

** Describe the problem**
The About Page should provide all necessary information for users, but currently, it's a bit crowded. In general, it should be quick and easy to find & navigate to important info. This is a placeholder fix until we have UX help

Proposed Solutions
Curriculum Page

• Add the curriculum menu on the left-hand side

About Page

• Move the 3-colored part to be horizontal, not vertical.
• Leave the 'Welcome to Launchpad', 'Expectations', and 'Principles sections as is
• Make the 3 part say 'Cover the Prerequsites', 'Learn the Curriculum' and 'Explore Dev Tools', make it more obvious these are links
• Embed just one video underneath (Palo Alto or Paris) under 'Colo Week Experience' title
