Bug in placement of timeline events

If I have a simple csv like:

date,display_date,description,link,series,html
"Jan 3 2015",,"3rd event",,evt
"Nov 14 2014",,"3rd event",,evt
"Aug 20 2014",,"1st event",,evt
'''

It renders like this:

As you can see, the events seems to be off by about 2 weeks compared with the display dates (for example the event in November is show in October).
