Generating blank HTML file #48

Every time I run timeline-setter, I end up with an empty HTML document. What can be causing this? Can that be caused by a malformed CSV or an inability to find a CSV? Is it a problem with Ruby? I've spent a lot of time reforming and refining my CSV, but I'm not sure where to troubleshoot.

I was finally able to locate the error in my CSV. For future reference, a missing cell will result in a blank HTML page and no JSON.
