Comments
Hi @bboreham , I have been exploring promethus for some time and would like to contribute to this project for the LFX Term. Can you guide me with a lil push on where to start ? And also if there are some pre test / pre tasks that I would need to do ? Thanks! |
Hi @bboreham I am interested in working on this issue under LFX, Is there any docs or relative materials I can look up to to better understand the issue ? |
Hi @bboreham I am interested in this project for LFX term and I have pratical experience of promethus before(using promethus to monitor a system in the past), and I would like to contribute to this project. Can you give me some guidance or if there is any other tasks that I need to do? Thanks! |
Hi @bboreham , I'm very interested in enhancing the Prometheus Benchmark Suite (PromBench). I'm familiar with Golang, Kubernetes, and have a basic understanding of Prometheus and HTTP. I have development experience with Kubernetes Operators, and I've gained some knowledge of Prometheus through resources like Prometheus Overview and [K21 Academy's Introduction to Prometheus Monitoring] ((https://k21academy.com/prometheus/prometheus-monitoring-an-introduction/)). I’m excited to learn more about Prometheus in the future and expand my knowledge graph. Given my background, I’m confident I have the capability and motivation to successfully complete this project. |

We would like to extend PromBench to be even more representative of real-world usage.
An LFX project would address as many of these as possible within the time:
