Add User Organization and Collaborating Organization Logos to Website

As part of enhancing the user experience and showcasing our community's involvement, we propose adding logos for user organizations and collaborating organizations to the Prometheus Operator website. These logos will be displayed under the "Client and Collaborating" section to highlight the organizations contributing to and utilizing Prometheus Operator.

Tasks:

1.Update the website layout to include a new section titled "Client and Collaborating Organizations."
2.Create a mechanism to dynamically fetch and display logos of user organizations and collaborating organizations.
3.Ensure that the logos are appropriately sized and visually appealing within the website design.
4.Provide guidelines or documentation for organizations to submit their logos for inclusion.
