Scroll issue on API reference page

On the API reference page, when scrolling, the first scroll is intercepted and ignored, the second scroll works correctly.

I'm using Firefox on Macbook with Trackpad.

The problem seems to go away if you use the scrollbar first to half-way through the page, then back to the top.

That's interesting. I tried it on my device with both Chrome and Firefox and it seems to work fine for me. Maybe someone else who has a Macbook can confirm as I use Linux
