Switch to using batch-amateur

Currently we use the MQTT amateur/# topic. When there is not much telemetry coming through this is fine, though on flights where there might be many listeners of a single payload, we could get some data reduction by using the batch-amateur topic.

This will require a modification to formatData, to make it more in line with the formatData function in sondehub-tracker. Right now, formatData will throw an error at the data from batch-amateur.
