Add a local mirror of the hugging face model JSON

Hi there,

On some very constrained environments, the domain huggingface.co / hf.co might be blacklisted by proxies for obvious security reasons. That means the model cannot be downloaded under the proxy and -fpt option doesn't work.

Any chance of putting the model from huggingface in the packaged binary, and use it as an offline backup ? Or at least on the Github repo since github.com has better chances to be whitelisted, and we can download it straight from the repo ?
