Remove references to CodeFlare SDK Version

WHY

These references will no longer be needed when the SKD E2E tests are moved to the SDK repo - see related issue.

WHAT

Remove references to codeflare sdk version.

TESTS

Update any related tests.

DONE

There is no reference in the codeflare-common repo to the CodeFlare SDK version that would need to be updated each time there is a new release.
