Richer output for hasConverged in quad

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
The hasConverged output in quad could be much more informative. At present it essentially indicates that the algorithm terminated without error. It would be better if more detailed diagnostic information were returned, e.g. exactly which element of a compound stopping criterion was triggered.
