[post frontend-backend split] Remove query_cell methods from middleware

The ColumnType trait is defined in the middleware and used Any in the middleware. Nevertheless it requires the method query_cell which is frontend specific. We should find a way to only implement the query_cell methods on the frontend while keeping the Column related types necessary for circuit description in the middleware.
