Is there a tool we can use to test PRISMS-PF on different compilers and integrate it into our CI?

deal.II uses cdash FYI.

Not sure how thorough it needs to be since we are an application oriented library.

I think the best bet is to add some CI that test the compilation of PRISMS-PF with different compilers.
