Institution list not showing buy-ins

There are three networks where the Institution List is not displaying the "Buy-In" column. The Institution List should show which institutions are buy-ins with a green check mark icon.

On AtlanticOER Pressbooks Network, Open Maricopa and eCampusOntario; the column does not show.

@tw77 Can you have a look at this? I tried deleting history and cache but the column isn't showing on the three networks I mention. It is displaying as expected on OpenWA, UEN, Open OCO and Shared Staging.

0 in the Book Limit field in Network Settings, https://ecampusontario.pressbooks.pub/wp/wp-admin/network/settings.php, appears to be the culprit here (even though the text instructs us to write 0 for an unlimited network)

Setting that to no value, as on https://sharedstaging.pressbooks.pub/wp/wp-admin/network/settings.php, restores the column.

I've gone ahead and changed this value on the three networks you mention (from 0 to empty) in order to restore the buy-in column.

There would probably be a simple fix to allow for entering 0 (or the text could be updated to 'For an unlimited network, enter no value' ?) so I'll open this issue to bring up with the devs later on. I'm out next week but back the following week.
