Ontario Commons Licenses missing in webbooks

Description

When either of the Ontario Commons Licenses are selected, the license is missing from the webbook except in the book header.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Select "Ontario Commons License" or "Ontario Commons License -- No Derivatives" as the Copyright License in Book Info.
2. Save changes.
3. View the webbook.

Expected behavior: The license appears in Book Information and Metadata, as well as in the license displayed above the footer in chapters or front/back matter.
