Algolia supports an element called hierarchical menu: https://www.algolia.com/doc/api-reference/widgets/hierarchical-menu/vue/. We should refactor the subjects element so that it functions as a hierarchical menu as described in #332. Current functionality for search and include/exclude filters within the facet should be preserved
