Create default 'Pressbooks Directory' block as Aldine default

Feature Description

A new display block should be added to the Aldine theme. The display block should function like the catalogue and contact us blocks, in that it's available by default, but can be turned off with a click by a network manager. The Pressbooks Directory block should include a title H2, short amount of copy (see below), a slider with the curated collection covers currently displayed on Pressbooks Directory, and a CTA that links to the Directory. Network managers should be able to opt out of this link appearing so that they maintain control of their branded space.

@SteelWagstaff Before we write any copy can you confirm a word count/character count? Ideally, I would like around 35 words and 225 characters. Would that fit in the block you are envisioning? That's based on the amount of words we use to introduce Directory on the marketing site homepage.
