This is the PBS-side of prebid/Prebid.js#12308

ORTB 2.5 spec support setting bidfloor value in imp.bidfloor, however if impressions contains multiple formats e.g. banner and video, and bidfloor for video needs to be set to 5 USD and 1 USD for banner then current ORTB 2.5 doesnt support format specific floors.

Can we provide format specific bidfloor values into imp.banner.ext.bidfloor, imp.video.ext.bidfloor, imp.banner.ext.bidfloorcur, imp.video.ext.bidfloorcur and during floors enforcement format specific floors shall be used.

@pm-jaydeep-mohite - I would like some help determining what in the Floors PRD needs to change here. I've updated the doc to account for the new bidadjustments feature (the old bidadjustmentfactors was already there), but it's not clear to me that anything really needs to change in the doc to account for imp.MEDIATYPE.ext.bidfloor.

That seems to me like something each bid adapter has to deal with if their endpoint supports taking multiple floors?
