[BUG] Banishers Ghosts of New Eden flickering build 852+ #251

Banishers Ghosts of New Eden is flickering / unplayable as of build 852. It was fine on build 851. Possibly the Kananlib update is the culprit as none of the UEVR changes on those versions seem suspicious. You have to load into a game and control your character for the problem to start. The 3d VR rendered title screen looks fine, when you load into the game you can see the problem. As your turn your head or characters move they flicker and ghost in and out.

Using openxr, varjo aero. Other user reported same on quest 3. Can't be in game options such as frame generation because dropping the backend 851 dll solves the problem with no changes to the game settings.

Including UEVR logs for 851 and 852 to compare.

Possibly other games are impacted in the same manner.
