Cannot download .zip file due to Antivirus action. Is it a false positive?

Tried to download UEVR.zip file off latest release page

E:\Downloads\UEVR.zip tried to load a malicious resource detected as Gen:Variant.Lazy.492372 and was blocked. Your device is safe.
