# Travel Application
We’re going to make a rails app that models a travel brochure. We’ve got controllers and models for a Destination and a Attraction. You need to put in views to make the app work.
# TODO
-
Fork and git clone this repo as normal
-
Read the models to understand how the app works. It uses Ruby geocoder to pull in latitude and longitude coordinates, you don’t need to change any of this stuff.
-
Read the controllers and figure out what’s going on. They are basically CRUD controllers, you don’t need to change any of that stuff either.
-
Add views to app/views/destinations and app/views/attractions to make the app work and the tests to pass. Add more tests if necessary
-
Update your views to use partials, so that each destination and each attraction is inside a partial
-
Update your destination show action so that you can see the images and titles for each attraction on the show page.
-
Add a link to the Google map for each attraction:
<%= link_to ‘Map’, “maps.google.com/?q=#{@attraction.latitude},#{@attraction.longitude}” %>
-
Add CSS to make it look funky.
