PQCP Growth Plan #188
Description
As discussed during the 2025-10-02 TSC meeting, we'll need to come up with a Growth Plan for PQCP.
A good source of inspiration can be the LFDT handbook (LFDT is a sister project of PQCA - PQCA does not have its own handbook yet) that Hart presented during the TSC meeting.
@pq-code-package/pqcp-tsc: I'd like to ask each PQCP project to come up with their own growth plan. This does not have to be a firm commitment, it can just be things you are considering to grow, but it should show that we have given it some thought. Please complete this by the 2025-11-06 TSC meeting.
Once we have a Growth Plan for each project, I'll put it together into a PQCP Growth Plan that will then be presented to the PQCA TAC.
