Increase upload size limit for beatmaps for supporter only. #34
Description
Currently the upload size limit is 100mb which is pretty limiting for very popular maps such as jump packs as they use multiple songs and bgs. While i understand that increasing the limit means more storage costs, i think making it supporter only would do the trick since not that many maps using that new size limit would be uploaded and more people would be happier.
