Some honeycomb devices (at least, the HTC Flyer) can have hardware keys in addition to the soft keys. It would be nice to be able to toggle the system bar visibility with a long press of the menu key.

I don't have a device with the menu key. Getting a long press of the menu key could be received by reading the correct inputdevice (this number will be different for each device, analoog as getting the screen touch). One inconvenience would be that android would still display the menu. I have not found a way to stop android from passing on the messages to the active application.
