The static background wallpaper on the android launcher is blinking when HideBar is active. The wallpaper is also reset to it's default wallpaper.

Expected behaviour:
When HideBar is active, the static wallpaper the user has chosen should stay visible.

Current workaround:
Use a live wallpaper.
