shanty hab module not able to transfer kerbals

i made a new station in orbit around kerbin and decided to bring kerbals here, however it turned out i cant transfer kerbals there although i can still access it using the free iva mod. when i switch to another vessel, the kerbals get transferred to the module they were previously in.

I don't seem to have any issues here. Logs, repro steps and modlist required.
