Morse transmitter loop freeze

Describe the bug.

When trying to use the Morse transmitter with set repeat loop (5 sec) in my case, the program freezes after the second transmission, when it tries to wait the second time. If one were to press STOP at that time - the entire system freezes, in case of an exit to main menu via Back button and opening Morse again - there is an M0 Guru with hint: SV#8.

Reproduction

1. Switch on the PortaPack
2. Go to Transmit > Morse
3. Set Loop to 5 sec
4. Press Start
5. Wait 2 TX cycles

Expected behavior

Transmission looping continues indefinitely with specified pause time

reproduced, and also when set the delay time to 10s, it crash with m0 guru error. must be something related to multi threads
