Add weekdays to change window

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe

We have a rule in our workflow that states, do not push on fridays.
We hoped the change window feature would help us, but it only allows for a specific time slot on any day.

Thus the change window feature, is not helping us.

Describe the solution you'd like

Add weekdays to the change window, so you could say from friday 00:00 to monday 00:00, changes will be blocked.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Add whole days as a change window, so instead of time and day, it could be a checkbox thing, where you can plot out the days you don't want a deployment to go through.
