Vue compatible version of the editor?

While I know I can easily render portable text in Vue using vue-portabletext, is there a way to easily edit that portable text within my Vue application?

Hi there!

The Portable Text Editor is built on top of Slate and the good news is that there exists a fairly new view layer for Slate built in Vue: https://github.com/Guan-Erjia/slate-vue3

Since some of the Slate leg work has already been done, it's not unfathomable that we can one day support our editor in a Vue context. However, it would still take a lot of work which doesn't fit on our roadmap currently.

Didn't realize that about Slate. Good to know there's Vue progress there. Totally get it not fitting into your roadmap right now.

For my project, I ended up using TipTap, which is built on ProseMirror. Could be a good source of inspiration. They recently open sourced a lot of their more advanced extensions.

My use case wasn't rich text editing per se, so I needed to heavily customize it. Still using Sanity for all my text content :)
