Combining bulk insert with on conflict?

For the life of me, I cannot figure out the proper syntax for combining a bulk insert with an on conflict clause. Is it supported?

Given myRecords is an array of objects, each with the keys id, resource, and that for any given object id may already exist but with a different value for resource, update/overwrite the resource column:

  insert into ${sql(mySchema)}.${sql(myTable)} ${sql(myRecords)}
  on conflict ("id")
  do update set [what goes here??]
`;
