College-notification-and-PR-Android-Application

Introduction

This is a simple demo app that communicate with Beacon and notify information that correspond to the user's location. It will be a channel for Public Relations in the college.

Required Tools

  • Android Studio IDE and SDK

  • Android phone (version 4.3+)

  • Beacon with Eddystone protocol.

Getting Started

  • Clone this repo and open it inside of Android Studio. Note, a later SDK will work just fine (SDK 24+)

  • Install the app to your connected Android phone (Require for version 4.3+).

  • Communicate with Beacon that you have to set Namespace and Instance ID for any organization.
