What happened:
Dashboard and reports are not being updated

What did you expect to happen:
I'm selecting a ticket tracker for a new project and ran Truedesk via Docker Compose to explore its features. I used the current docker-compose.yml file from the Git repository.

I created two tickets, but they are neither listed on the dashboard nor appearing in the reports

How to reproduce it (as minimally and precisely as possible):

Start an app using docker compose.

Anything else we need to know?:

Environment:

  • Trudesk Version: image: polonel/trudesk:1
  • OS (e.g. from /etc/os-release): Windows WSL
  • Node.JS Version: bundled
  • MongoDB Version: bundled
  • Is this hosted on cloud.trudesk.io: No
