DOT won't unstake

When I attempt to unlock the DOT, nothing happens

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open the app
2. Click on DOT under assets
3. Click on unlock
4. Click on Via Staking/Bond
   Nothing happens

Expected behavior
I expected to be able to unstake my DOT

I have attempted to unlock/unstake my DOT for 5 months without success.

This UNLOCK page is for vesting token unlocking, you should go to Metahub->Staking->AdjustBonded->Unbond to unlock your DOT.

I have a same problem. I unbounded all my DOTS on 13.3.2024 via Metahub->Staking->AdjustBonded->Unbond ,
but I cannot unlock them.

Galaxy S10e, Android 12. Please help.
