Documentation on navigating the ABCD study

Add documentation on how to navigate the ABCD study with any level of efficiency. The documentation for the dataset is very, very overly confusing/misleading, and after a few weeks of trying to get what should have been very basic files/info out of it, I think that the actual information most users would ever need actually comes out of a very small number of files.

@poldrack do you think this would be useful, if so, under which delineation/tab on the website? Or perhaps just a document in the google drive? I was just thinking about starting to back-document and have this be in-progress as I/Jocelyn/others do stuff.

great idea - I would start with a google doc on the poldracklab drive since that's easier for interactive editing, and then we can see whether we want to put it onto the web site.

Nope -- I just made the issue with the intent of us doing it at next code review :) We can get that started now if you like!
