UI Updates

exhaustive list of UI improvements:

• dragging should show highlighted areas where block can be dropped

• text editor UI should be lighter color, pop out less

• block handle should be aligned, lighter color, and only shown on hover

• create new block button should be smaller + not scale with screen

@YoungerMax @vimpro We need to decide on an official ui color scheme at this point because the frontend is getting pretty big. Any ideas?

Yeah agree. I like the blue accent color used on getnoter.com

But I think we should still make things primarily black and white since it is like scholarly

It's worth noting that the style of the link on the landing is likely to change. Apparently, it's not clear enough that they are links. Just FYI
