No USD conversion rates for ethereum.

Describe the bug
Nifty doesn't report USD values for Ether or token balances when using either the default or a local Ethereum node.

To Reproduce (REQUIRED)

Pick an acct with an ethereum balance.
For network, either use the default, or use a local or custom Ethereum node. I'm using geth.
In the networks dropdown, select "localhost 8545"
Look at your ETH balance, and see no dollar value below it.

Below the ETH balance there should be a dollar value - like there used to be.
