Accept case-wise configuration file from the user, then combine them under [DEFAULT] section with only TOP level task as derivative:

[DEFAULT]

..
..
..

[FslEddyEpi]

  • Problem-- how would we deal with the existence of two top-level tasks such as Freesurfer and FslEddyEpi combined in fs2dwi pipeline?

  • We should be able to construct derivative tasks because we know the DAGs

  • As long as param names are distinct, shouldn't pose an overwriting issue
