synB0 tutorial

This documentation should let users know the synb0 container is expecting the acqp parameter file to be named acqparams.txt.

In the tutorial it uses acqp.txt which leads users to assume they should name this file similarly, which will cause the topup step inside the synb0 container to fail, causing a chain reaction of additional failures which made it difficult to debug initially.

I plan to update the documentation but wanted to record this issue here for records and so this information is available to anyone else trying to run the synb0 task in the Luigi Pipeline.
