Until PR spotify/luigi#3058 is merged, users of luigi-pnlpipe should manually install the following combination for /history to work:

pip install luigi==2.8.12 sqlalchemy==1.3.16

Again, this instruction is applicable for advanced users who would like to set up a Luigi dashboard at their end. Otherwise, PNL hosted public Luigi server is good for everybody!
