Not all ULT stacks seem to be dumped #391

Having a look to the code in src/info.c:print_all_thread_stacks() looks like only ULTs in main schedulers pools have their stacks being dumped.

So seems that the ABTI_global primary ULT, the XStreams root ULTs, the schedulers ULTs, are not dumped.
