Paged table display is incorrect when changing page

Using https://github.com/plotly/dash-table/blob/dev/tests/cypress/dash/v_be_page.py with page_size=25, getting the following out of whack row heights / alignment when switching page:

I have also this error after upgrading to 4.4.0 , the previous version 4.2.0 was ok
