Is there any way that we can add async behavior on the input widget ?

Would be great to have drop area/HTML5 upload widget on the namedfile formwidget so users can upload the file/image async. That would mean we can upload temp files on zope and later on reference them on the DX (so we could use the widget for creation/edit).

Is there any implementation or idea about this subject ?
