Extension is not syncing my files

Hiya, I've followed these steps so far:

1. Add username and token
2. Add project

However, upon doing this, only my folders are visible:

This is what it looks like on the web editor:

If I run the command > PlayCanvas: Pull Latest I get this error:

It's with the latest version. The project is private but I can create a public project to demonstrate the bug

I am following the guide on the website: Install the extension, get the API key/token, use the command to start a new project in VSCode, enter the token, and select the project (which appears on the dropdown).

The project appears, but the folders are empty or sometimes the folder does not appear. I am pretty sure this will happen regardless of the project.

My operating system is Windows, I tried using it on the latest version of VS Code and Cursor
