By importing the splats you want to add.

@linghugoogle Can you be more specific about exactly what you want to achieve (and how you see it working) please?

Copy & Paste will be implemented soon. I think it is the next big thing to be started.
However, that you "can delete" splats is technically not true. You are just setting the "deleted" flag. In memory the splat count currently is static fixed to the initial count.
