What we could do is to access each stops also clicking on markers. In fact when the overview map is up, one could also freely jump on the different ones, while the story itself is still always available on the TOC.

yes, this i meant as a way to navigate also via marker (so to say to explore not via the sequence of stops or jumping from the TOC, but from the map, i.e. being driven by the map browsing experience and check stops from there (which is something we may or may not want, depending on the actual story map use case.. In certain cases, messing up the order would just be confusing, in others, it might be enriching, e.g. if you want to check how things look like on example units/morphologies, and then olearn more from the chapter/stop description/media).
