Feature Request: padding for monocle #9

Hi, Phil!
Many tnx for your filtile! Your smart padding feature especially with -v and -h options is awesome!

I would kindly ask you to add possibility to apply smart padding to monocle layout also. It would be helpful in at least two user cases:

if you want to focus on some window but don`t want to break your neck (wide screen)
if you want to see some conkish info on sides (nwg-wrapper, conky) with censors, shortcuts etc.

maybe new modifier for 'smart-padding' {on, off, strict} or 'monocle' param?
