A11Y - Heading level 1 missing in the homepage

Issue Description

There is no heading level 1 (H1) in the homepage. Screen reader will not announce a title correctly to the content.

How to reproduce / Current behavior

1. Access the home page https://docs.pkp.sfu.ca/
2. Using Headingsmap plugin, check the ToC of the page.
3. See the issue

Testing method

• Method: Manual; Keyboard

Action

It is recommended to implement the heading level 1 component to ensure the correct comprehension of the current page that users are visiting.

I've submitted a pull request to remediate this issue. It only affects the homepage.
