Devel::Cover with Module::Build::Tiny packages triggers:

Unknown option: extra_compiler_flags

I've occasionally done searches trying to find out "why" I see this error, but at least Google searches have never given me any good hits. I understand that perl is a loose ecosystem, but it seems valuable to at least leave breadcrumbs for people like me.
