Linting could be useful
Maybe for YAML? HTML? Broken link checking?
Gather consensus from people who are new to developing the website and those who regularly develop the website

eslint's html plugin seems like it could do the job.

supports controlling tabs vs. spaces

big questions:

when to run? Locally? GitHub Actions?
should the linter fix the changes? Should GitHub Actions modify a PR on behalf of the developer?
