Swapped pins around to utilize all 4 hardware PWM pins for powered smartsensor board and maintain (some) pin out consistency across all boards.

format:
[pin function] [original pin]->[new pin]

All boards:
txe 3->5
rxe 4->6

powered: swapped to hardware pwm pins
i0 16->17
i2 20->3
i3 19->4

battery buzzer: maintain pin out consistency
i0(buzzer control) 16->3
