Email excerpt

My name is Jiana and I am in charge of running team worksessions and the team worksession website. I see that all of you have signed up on behalf of Albany High School on the Worksession Website. However, a team can only have one account (preferably the team captain) to prevent redundancy, and so I must remove 2 of your emails/accounts from the website. For which email would you like to keep the Albany High school account under on the website?

My suggestion is that not only team caption want to see worksessions, but mentors and other involved students too. There might be a chance that other students on the team to book worksessions but can't since the team captain is sick and couldn't make it that day

I've fixed the multiple Albany accounts but for the idea of multiple people being able to sign up on behalf of a team(which I agree with), there are 2 possible solutions I can think of right now:

  1. Make the team account a general account, where it is no longer tied to an email/password but instead a school name/school password.
  2. Allow every individual person to make an account and have their accounts linked to one school, so anyone can sign up on behalf of their schools

I'm leaning more towards the first solution because people wouldn't have to make accounts and it would be less clutter in general.

Hmm 1. is easier to implement, but 2. seems like what you would see in practice
Is there a reason why @quantumfusion ?

Maybe because in 1, you would have a password that's passed around and it's inconvenient?
If @quantumfusion doesn't have any suggestions, then I am ok with 1, but definitely would be cool if we can get 2. to work
